What we’re looking for:

  • You have 1+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or SaaS (or are a super-fast learner ready to jump in).
  • You get the B2B world and love e-commerce trends.
  • You’re a creative, analytical thinker who’s always ready to solve client needs.
  • Communication is your thing; you’re great with people and know or are willing to learn how to negotiate.
  • You thrive on juggling tasks and staying organized.
  • You speak and write excellent English.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate & Onboard: Work alongside Account Managers to lead clients’ onboarding journeys.
  • Connect the Dots: Coordinate closely with our Ops and Dev Teams.
  • Stay in the Loop: Manage updates and track tickets the Account Management team raises across teams, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Analyze & Present: Prepare insights for client meetings with data-backed analysis.
  • Lead Growth: Own projects that boost team processes and enhance client experiences.
