Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling SaaS products to businesses, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique business challenges, and proposing effective solutions,
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle; including engagement, qualification, evaluation, closing, closing and agreement process,
  • Lead and organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Mindsite,
  • Build strong connections, understand clients’ pain points, and demonstrate how our product or service can be of value,
  • Step into a key position as a Sales Executive primarily focusing on Turkey.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, preferably in a related field,
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a full sales cycle role in SaaS sales (from prospecting to closing),
  • Experience in E-commerce is a strong plus,
  • Knowledge and experience of the local market are considered critical,
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and enjoying working within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment,
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the technology industry with a customer-centric mindset,
  • Excellent skills in building customer relationships and ensuring a qualitative and long-term collaboration,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
  • Proficiency in CRM software and spreadsheet tools,
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
