Are you ready to take ownership of execution-heavy processes and work at the operational core of a fast-growing SaaS company? Mindsite is seeking a Product Owner (Business Analyst) to ensure our data is delivered accurately, on time, and at scale—by working closely with data teams and facilitating day-to-day execution.
 

What we’re looking for:

• You have 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, MIS, or a related field.
• You have advanced SQL skills and can independently query and analyze data.
• You’re confident with Excel / Google Sheets and enjoy working with data.
• You’re comfortable being hands-on with planning, coordination, and delivery.
• You possess a strong analytical mindset and a process-oriented approach to thinking.
• You work well with developer teams and understand technical workflows.
• You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You speak and write professional-level English.
   

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate & Translate: Work closely with Account Management and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Plan & Execute: Own the backlog in Jira, lead sprint planning, and track deadlines with a strong focus on execution.
• Analyze & Validate: Use SQL to investigate issues, perform UAT, and ensure data quality before delivery.
• Coordinate & Unblock: Support developer teams by removing blockers and owning delivery end-to-end.
• Drive Efficiency: Take ownership of processes and contribute to improving team efficiency and operational flow.
