Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team - a detail-oriented, analytical teammate who ensures operational excellence and data accuracy as we continue scaling our global e-commerce analytics platform.

• 2+ years of experience in operations, data, or process-oriented roles (preferably in SaaS, analytics, or e-commerce).
• A university degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office, with strong reporting skills.
• Excellent task-tracking and problem-solving ability.
• A collaborative mindset with strong team communication.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous-learning attitude.
• High empathy, positivity, and a drive to help teams perform better.
• SQL knowledge, a significant plus.

As an Operation Specialist at Mindsite, you will…

• Perform product and content matching across marketplaces and data sources.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assist with demo preparation and dataset alignment for international accounts.
• Maintain product hierarchies and category mapping for improved data quality.
• Provide data support for internal teams.
• Contribute to analytical reports and actionable insights based on large datasets.
